What You Get

The infrastructure of a real travel business.

Not a course and not a directory listing. Strato advisors work inside a live operating platform with booking channels, traveler records, proposals and support behind them.

Approved booking channels

Plan and book through Strato's approved supplier channels, including in-app booking tools and supplier portals. Available options depend on channel, destination, training and account standing.

Advisor portal & traveler management

A working portal with traveler records, intake, notes and case ownership — so your book of business lives in one organised place instead of a spreadsheet.

Proposals & workflow tools

Build itineraries and traveler-facing proposals, track quote requests through to acceptance, and keep documents and communication attached to the trip.

Commission visibility

Track eligible commission on your bookings and see statements once supplier payment is received — no guessing what is owed or when.

Strato Academy

Core Readiness plus the 13-module Advisor Foundations curriculum, included with membership, with continuing education as the business changes.

Supplier access & supplier training

Guided access to supplier programmes and their required education, with your progress and authorisations tracked in the portal.

Business-building infrastructure

A branded advisor webpage, marketing resources and templates so your practice looks established from the first traveler conversation.

Support & escalation

Advisor support and defined escalation paths when a trip goes sideways — you are independent, not on your own.

Agency-level E&O coverage

Strato provides Errors & Omissions coverage for eligible, activated advisors performing authorized Strato work, subject to policy terms, eligibility requirements, approved systems/suppliers, training, documentation, and other coverage conditions. Applying, signing an agreement, or being in training does not by itself create coverage. Strato may require separate or supplemental coverage for certain business structures, activities, limits, or higher-exposure work.

What You Can Sell

Access 500,000+ accommodation options worldwide through Strato's approved supplier network.

Hotels, resorts, vacation rentals and other lodging options are available through approved supplier channels, alongside the rest of the trip your traveler actually needs.

Availability, pricing and advisor eligibility vary by channel, destination, training and account standing, and remain subject to supplier approval.

Tours & activities

Guided experiences, excursions and day-by-day activity planning.

Ground transportation

Transfers, rail and car options that keep the itinerary connected.

Travel protection

Trip protection options may be presented where the advisor is authorised and the product is available.

Two Pathways

Different starting points. One standard.

Where you begin depends on what you bring. What is expected of you as a Strato advisor does not change.

Pathway A

Starting Fresh

We'll teach you the profession before expecting you to practice it.

Core Readiness first, then the full 13-module Advisor Foundations curriculum, with mentorship and practical support as you take on your first travelers.

Pathway B

Experienced Advisor

Bring your book and your judgement. You still learn how Strato works — you just don't repeat foundational material you already know.

Experienced advisors follow the readiness path appropriate to their background, subject to Strato requirements, screening and approval.

Strato Academy

Education that supports the business you're building.

Learning is included support, not the product. Strato-created advisor education comes with membership so training never becomes another invoice.

Core Readiness + Advisor Foundations

Core Readiness teaches how Strato works. The 13-module Advisor Foundations & Core Certification curriculum builds the profession itself.

Advanced & specialty learning

Learning continues past the beginner programme with advanced and specialty material as you take on more complex travel.

Supplier certifications

Some suppliers require their own education before access is granted. Third-party supplier training carries its own requirements and terms.

Continuing education

Updates as requirements, destinations and supplier programmes change, so your practice does not go stale.

Coursework is delivered inside the advisor portal after activation. Review the training and readiness path.

Traveler Opportunities

Build your own book—and have another path to opportunity.

Strato markets travel planning directly to travelers. Eligible advisors may also receive traveler inquiries through Strato's advisor-assignment system as opportunities become available. Lead volume is not guaranteed.

Assignment eligibility depends on activation status, training, capacity and account standing. No traveler inquiries, bookings or earnings are promised.

Earning & Advancement

Compensation that moves with your practice.

Strato uses a tiered advisor compensation structure with an advancement path, so advisors can grow as experience and completed business increase.

How commission works

Eligible advisor compensation may be up to 90% of eligible supplier commission. The actual share varies by advisor tier, supplier, product and transaction, and is calculated on the actual eligible commission rather than the total trip price.

How advancement works

Tier eligibility is governed by the advisor's current written compensation schedule. Advancement is never automatic and is confirmed in writing. Commission statements are issued after supplier payment is received.

Read the full commission details before you apply. Complete compensation terms are provided in the applicable written agreement.

Membership

Transparent cost. Nothing buried.

One advisor membership covers the portal, Strato Academy, marketing resources and your branded advisor webpage.

$199

per year

Monthly

$24.99

per month for 12 months

Additional fees may apply for optional services or advisor-selected business needs. All fees are disclosed in the applicable written agreement before purchase or activation. See the fee details.
