Learning with Intention
Strato's Training & Readiness Pathway is an internal learning and preparation process designed to help advisors understand travel planning, build practical confidence, and demonstrate readiness before independent booking access is considered.

Learn the craft. Build the confidence to serve well.
Training and readiness are one connected Strato process. Advisors learn the foundations, practice real-world planning decisions, understand the standards of the Collective, and complete internal review before activation is considered.
Explore traveler discovery, itinerary planning, supplier research, service expectations, and essential professional standards.
Work through realistic traveler scenarios, planning decisions, proposal thinking, and the details that shape a well-supported trip.
Learn expectations for documentation, disclosures, privacy, client communication, and responsible travel advising.
Show understanding of the workflows, standards, and responsibilities expected to represent Strato.
Independent booking access is considered only after required preparation is complete and internal approval is granted.
Build foundational knowledge and confidence through structured learning, practical preparation, and internal review.
Experienced applicants may be considered for an appropriate pathway, including test-out consideration where supported by demonstrated experience and internal review.
Strato plans to host live learning sessions throughout the year, including training workshops, practical discussions, advisor-development conversations, and travel-planning scenarios. Session dates and details are shared as they are announced.
Live sessions may be offered virtually and are scheduled based on the Collective's current training calendar. Participation, availability, and session topics may vary.
The Training & Readiness Pathway is an internal Strato preparation and review process. It is not an industry certification, external credential, guaranteed route to activation, or guarantee of booking authority. Progress depends on the applicable pathway, completion of required items, demonstrated readiness, and Strato's internal approval.
