Starting Fresh
New advisors build foundational knowledge and complete the Training & Readiness Pathway before independent booking access is considered.
The Strato Pathway
Whether you are beginning your travel-advisor journey or bringing experience with you, Strato Curated Collective uses a structured process designed to help applicants understand expectations, build readiness, and move forward responsibly.
New and experienced applicants may begin in different places, but every advisor must meet the standards required to represent Strato Curated Collective and serve travelers with care.

New advisors build foundational knowledge and complete the Training & Readiness Pathway before independent booking access is considered.

Experienced applicants share their background and may be considered for an appropriate Training & Readiness Pathway, including test-out consideration where supported by demonstrated experience and internal review.

Review the Collective, the expectations, and the path that fits your experience level.
Share your background, interests, and goals through the advisor interest form.
Strato reviews fit, eligibility, and the information needed to determine next steps.
Eligible applicants complete required screening, agreements, documents, and membership onboarding requirements.
Complete the Training & Readiness Pathway, including platform orientation and any applicable readiness-based preparation.
Activation and booking authority are considered only after required items are complete and internal approval is granted.
After you submit your application, our team will reach out by email or phone with next steps. Submitting interest does not create an account, offer of engagement, commission rate, booking authority, supplier access, or guarantee of acceptance.
Strato is designed for advisors who want to build deliberately. The process is intended to protect travelers, support advisor development, and maintain the standards of the Collective.
