How We Work

What a research fee actually buys

Not a booking. Not a discount. Something more valuable than either.

A research fee buys an advisor's attention. It signals that the trip is real, the timeline is real, and the traveler is committed to the process.

For us, it also buys focus. Every quote we prepare is built for one traveler's context — not a template with your name at the top.

The fee is disclosed before it is charged, is separate from the trip cost, and is not a booking deposit. If we're not the right fit after the discovery call, we say so and refund unused research time.

The result is not a lower price. It's the right trip, with a real person you can call when something changes.
