Strato Curated Collective does not charge a research or planning fee to request a quote. Any service fee that may apply to a specific engagement is disclosed in writing and authorized by you before it is charged. Supplier deposits, cancellation penalties, and insurance premiums are set by the supplier and are governed by that supplier’s terms.
Booking service fees
A booking service fee may apply and will be disclosed before payment.
Non-refundable
Service, booking, ticketing and change fees are non-refundable once services have been performed, except where required by law.
