Supplier rules control
Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable supplier and fare rules; some bookings are non-refundable.
Service fees
Strato service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
Research and planning fees
A research and planning fee is refunded in full if you cancel before research begins. Once research has begun, 50% is refunded to the original payment method only when a qualifying booking is completed with us for that same research request. Without a completed qualifying booking — including proposals that expire — the fee is not refunded.
